Maybe it's not so bad hereabouts


"Chris Briem, a regional economist in the University Center for Social and Urban Research at the University of Pittsburgh, urged caution in placing much emphasis on annual changes in ACS (American Community Survey) data. He said the positive 2010 trend they described, however, fit with other hard information such as unemployment rates, housing prices and collective income growth that have outperformed the rest of the nation."
